The challenge
Disconnected tools for booking, prescriptions, e-commerce, and course delivery created a clunky, low-trust patient journey with high drop-off.
Our approach
We built the full journey on Drupal 10 and MySQL — consultations, the product store, and a Vimeo-powered course player — with Zoho Chat for live support and a dedicated SMTP pipeline for transactional mail, all converted from Figma into a frictionless booking flow that lifted completed consultations by 63%.
