The challenge

Three different business lines — vending, catering, and sweets — had to live under one storefront, with real vending hardware in the loop and a design system spanning well over a hundred screens.

Our approach

We built the front end in Next.js with Tailwind, Material UI, shadcn/ui, and Framer Motion, converting 140+ Figma screens into functional UI, and wired it to a Python/Django backend integrating the vending-machine APIs — then handled DevOps, Analytics, Search Console, SEO, and a full speed-optimization pass.
